  1. Reorder, don't shrink

    Turn desktop grids into one clear reading order and disclose secondary detail when it becomes useful.

  2. Make touch obvious

    Use thumb-sized controls, immediate press feedback, and hover effects only where a pointer can hover.

  3. Respect the device

    Keep navigation and content clear of notches, home indicators, and changing browser chrome.

  4. Keep type legible

    Body copy and form controls stay at 16px or larger. Compact type is for numbers and labels.

Type first.

Use Spectral ExtraBold, Geist, JetBrains Mono, the mark, and the four colours. Keep the site on the stance, not a catalogue of jobs.

Morion and Wigrum are archive-only. Old Lace, Sky Blue, Navy, Champagne, Copper, and Aqua are archive-only. Do not use them for new work.

Do not invent a new mark. Do not put the house in a room, a ship, or a chart. If the mark needs a caption, it is wrong.

Write directly and specifically. Avoid agency language, AI hype, and a nautical pun in every paragraph.
